Secure Your Shipment
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with the provided prepaid label and all original appraisal documents.
Ship the Parcel
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
